The key details you’re looking for
The diverse themed dinners offered throughout the week were delightful. breakfast had great variety. The staff were exceptionally friendly, even accommodating early check-in and lending a charger for a small deposit.
The room decor felt outdated, with creaky beds and no proper blanket cover. it lacked ventilation, making workouts less than enjoyable.

missingWrote a review on Aug 17room upkeep
Issues with room upkeep were apparent, with some guests reporting mold in the bathroom and a lack of sufficient storage space. The bathroom’s design felt unfinished, missing necessary hooks which made it inconvenient for hanging towels. The pool area was fun, but the depth posed challenges for younger kids, making it less accessible for families.

Staying in the Family Room was decent. It felt clean and inviting, with coffee and tea facilities on hand. I appreciated the hidden lighting that made the room cozy. we had only one double bed, which was a letdown since we expected a single bed as well. The view of the pool was nice, but it was a hassle trying to get a good night's sleep with all the noise from the entertainment.

Great for families!
We stayed in a family room and it was super spacious! The water park was a hit with the kids. Definitely try the bar for cocktails, they were delish! Only thing is, sometimes the noise from the entertainment got a bit much, especially at night.

The hotel provided a welcoming and comfortable environment. The staff displayed a "can-do" attitude, always eager to assist. I was particularly impressed by the catering team. They offered a fantastic variety of meals, especially during themed dinner nights, like Italian and Cyprian cuisine. Breakfast stood out for its selection as well. My room included a mini-bar and was spacious, but some furnishings showed signs of age. The convenient location allowed a short walk to a major shopping mall and easy access to local transport for excursions. Entertainment options during the evening kept things lively, and the kids loved the mini splash park. Parking was limited, and navigating to the nearby attractions could be tricky without guidance. Wi-Fi connectivity was often unreliable, leading to frustration. Despite these issues, our overall experience was enjoyable. If I return, I would choose a room with a pool view for a better atmosphere but still take precautions regarding the internet connectivity.
